Produkowane są z przędzy z teksturowanego włókna szklanego. Wykonujemy je w technice dziania, na cylindrycznych głowicach zaplatających, stosując podstawowy typ łączenia szydełkowego przędzy S1. Takie wykonanie powoduje, że w sznurze jest uwięziona duża ilość powietrza, które zwiększa właściwości izolacyjne produktu.
Zastosowanie: jako uszczelnienia do połączeń systemów kominowych z urządzeniami grzewczymi, a także do uszczelnienia drzwiczek kominków, pieców lub kotłów.
GLASS CROCHET ROPES S1
They are manufactured from glass textured yarn by knitting on braiding cylinder heads with the use of standard crotchet-type plait of yarn (S1). This method brings about a lot of air trapped inside the rope, which enhances its insulating properties. Application: the sealing for the bridges between chimney systems and heating units, as well as the sealing of fireplace doors, furnace doors or heating boiler doors.

Sie werden aus texturiertem Glasfasergarn hergestellt. Wir fertigen sie in der Stricktechnik auf zylindrischen Verflechtungsköpfen , den Grundlangspleiß des S1 Garnes anwendend. Solche Ausfertigung führt dazu, dass eine große Menge Luft in der Schnur eingeschlossen wird, was die Isolationseigenschaften des Produkts erhöht. Anwendung: als Dichtung zum Anschluss von Kaminsystemen an Heizgeräte, sowie zum Abdichten der Türen von Kaminen, Öfen oder Kesseln.

There are two versions: with or without the core.
The type of raw material increases the temperature resistance up to 700 degrees Celsius.

Wir produzieren Versionen mit oder ohne Kern.
Die Art des Rohmaterials erhöht die Festigkeit der Schnur bis zu 700 ° C.
