Zestaw STANDARD do samodzielnej wymiany sznura uszczelniającego drzwiczki zamykające kominek lub piec.

W skład zestawu wchodzi:

• sznur szklany barwiony od Ø 4 do Ø 14 mm – 2,55 m.b.

• klej temperaturowy HERMETIC™ – 20 ml lub 22ml

• taśma zakończeniowa z klejem temperaturowym, do osłony miejsca przecięcia sznura

Sznur dzięki zastosowaniu elastycznego splotu oraz przędzy szklanej charakteryzuje się:

• wysoką odpornością na temperatury do 500°C

• dużą elastycznością dzięki czemu łatwo dopasowuje się do uszczelnianych powierzchni

• dobrą odpornością na wiele związków chemicznych, w tym kwasowych

Zawarty w zestawie klej termiczny jest odporny na temperatury do 1100°C.

Czas wiązania: od 8 do 10 godzin.

Aktualny atest PZH (Państwowy Zakład Higieny).

Instrukcja użycia uszczelnienia znajduje się również na opakowaniu.

STANDARD REPAIR KIT – GLASS ROPE from Ø 4 to Ø 14mm

STANDARD repair kit for self-replacement of the sealing rope for fireplace or furnace doors.

The repair kit consists of:

• Dyed glass rope; 4 to Ø 14 mm - 2,55 meter

• heatproof ceramic glue HERMETIC™ – 20 ml or 22ml

• end tape together with high-temperature resistant glue protecting the cutting point of the rope

The rope thanks to the elastic weave and glass yarn is characterized by:

• increased temperature resistance up to 500°C

• high elasticity which enables adjusting to the sealing surfaces

• high resistance to many chemicals including acidic ones

The heatproof glue included in the repair kit is resistant up to 1100°C.

Setting time: from 8 to 10 hours.

The glue has been certified by PZH (The National Institute of Public Health)

Instructions for using the sealing are also provided on the packaging.

STANDARD-Set zum Selbstaustausch der Dichtschnur in der Kamin- oder Ofentür.

Das Set enthält:

• gefärbte Glassdichtchnur von Ø 4 bis Ø 14 mm - 2,55 Laufmeter

• HERMETIC™ Temperaturklebstoff - 20 ml oder 22ml

• Abschlussband mit Temperaturkleber, um die Schnittstelle abzudecken

Dank der Verwendung eines elastischen Gewebes und eines Glasgarns zeichnet sich die Schnur durch folgende Charaktereigenschaften aus:

• Hochtemperaturbeständigkeit bis 500°C.

• hohe Flexibilität, dank der sich die Schnur leicht an die abzudichtenden Oberflächen anpasst

• gute Beständigkeit gegen viele Chemikalien, einschließlich Säure

Der mitgelieferte Temperaturkleber ist gegen Temperaturen bis 1100 ° C beständig.

Abbindezeit: 8 bis 10 Stunden.

Der Klebstoff hat das gültige Zertifikat PZH (Das Nationale Institut für Öffentliche Gesundheit).
